An all-natural and sustainable custom blend of coconut and soy waxes. There is never any paraffin wax in our blend.
We use an unbleached, all-cotton wick for all of our candles. There is no lead (or other metal) in our wicks.
We recommend trimming the wick to ¼” before each use to avoid sooting, and for no more than 3 hours at a time. Always use your candle on a steady, stable surface and monitor during use.
When ¼” of non-molten wax remains, place glass vessel in freezer overnight to easily remove wax. Then wash clean with soap and water. Repurpose as an upcycled planter or vessel for trinkets.
All Cloverland products are expertly poured on the West Coast in accordance with the guidelines and standards of the National Candle Association using imported and domestic components.
Cloverland products can be exclusively purchased on our website, cloverlandhome.com or through our official social media channels. If you find our products in other places, it’s an unauthorized seller or a counterfeit product.
This is the wax separating from the vessel. Temperature changes during manufacturing or shipping can cause this. It does not impact the quality of the candle. Rather than covering this up with labels or opaque vessels, we chose to celebrate the beauty of imperfections and let it shine.
Order & Fulfillment Questions
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
At this time, we ship to the Continental US only. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
We offer free standard shipping as our primary shipping method.
All orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Transit time can take approximately 5-7 business days depending on your shipping address once your shipment leaves our warehouse.
We do not ship outside of the continental US or to PO Boxes at this time.
Absolutely! We offer express shipping for an additional flat rate that can be chosen at checkout. If you do not see this option at checkout, express shipping is not available for your shipping address.
Express shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days, depending on your shipping address once your order leaves our warehouse.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email from us with tracking information.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to modify or cancel it. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse where our team works hard to ship items out as fast as possible.
If you need to request a modification or cancellation, please email us at info@cloverlandhome.com and include your order number for faster processing. If modifying or cancelling isn't possible, we will help you get the return process started.
Returns & Missing/Damaged Items
We accept returns for unused and unopened items.
To process a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at info@cloverlandhome.com with your order number, reason for return, and items. We will then issue you a RMA number and a return label.
Once the package is delivered back to our warehouse and inspected, the refund will be initiated.
We currently do not offer free return shipping. Customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please reach out to us at info@cloverlandhome.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or faulty product. We are happy to help resolve any issues with our products.
Please note that out of we are not able to replace items that have post manufacturing defects on it.
Once your package has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
You’ll receive one confirmation email when your returned items have been delivered and then a second confirmation once your refund has been processed (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account).
Please note that the cost of return shipment will be deducted from the refund.
